Here is a letter that the FTA sent to GoTriangle on July 28, 2017.

It grants DOLRT permission to enter engineering phase, but it warns that Federal money is not certain.

Here is the INDY's take on the letter.  It correctly highlights the risk of getting Federal money.

GoTriangle, on the other hand, has put a positive spin on the letter.  It ignores the risk that DOLRT may not receive Federal money.
