Culverts under Elliott Road and Fordham Boulevard

 

 

  

	Looking south across Elliott Road. The State has determined that these culverts underneath Elliott needs to be replaced.  The Storm water Advisory Board was told in 2013 that the funds ($ 800,000) would be taken out of the rate base - all those who pay storm water utility.

	Looking east across Fordham Boulevard. Although it might be financially impractical, I'd like to see a pedestrian walkway/tunnel added to these culverts.  That would permit safe passage across Elliott and Fordham.
