Trash and homeless residence in wetlands

There is a lot of trash in the wetlands between Elliott Road and Eastgate.  The principal cause of the trash is homeless people who set up tents and make it their home at night.  I suggest paying the homeless people to clean it up.  Trash cans should also be provided.  There are no trash cans anywhere near the wetlands.

Would you want to buy a condo near this mess?

It looks like a beaver dam.  Maybe we ought to let loose a bunch of beavers in the area to solve the flood issues.

This is where a homeless person sleeps.

With no bathroom facilities nearby, is human excrement being dumped into Booker Creek?

Is Chapel Hill's free bus service turning Chapel Hill into a magnet for homeless people?
