This was a slide from an October 28, 2013 pitch by Economic Development Officer Dwight Bassett to the Chapel Hill Town Council. It touts the tax benefits of a dense development like Greenbridge.
Unfortunately, Greenbridge has gone bankrupt, and the new owners are petitioning for tax relief.
