I believe my neighbor's cat can do math. Prior to November it would visit me once a day, and I'd reward it with a set amount of treats. Then, my neighbor complained that her cat had gotten fat ... so I cut my treat allotment in half. The cat responded by visiting me twice a day. It's still a bit on the chubby side, so yesterday I reduced my allotment to a third. The cat responded by visiting me three times. This cat's math skills are way better than the people who are working on the budget for the Durham-Orange Light Rail project (DOLRT). GoTriangle should hire it.
If the cat goes missing and the DOLRT budget improves, then my neighbor and I will know where to find it.
